We sell 7OH in three formats, and the two most popular are tablets and liquid shots. They contain the same alkaloid, but they behave differently enough that the choice matters.
Head to head
| 7OH tablets | 7OH shots | |
|---|---|---|
| Onset | Slower – must break down first | Faster – already liquid |
| Measuring | One tablet, one dose. Nothing to measure. | Measure with the cap; 8 servings per bottle |
| Cost per milligram | Lower, especially at 100ct and 300ct | Higher |
| Portability | Very good – flat resealable pouch | Excellent – pocket sized bottle |
| Discretion | High | Highest – looks like any small bottle |
| Taste | Flavoured tablet dissolving under the tongue | Liquid; no tablet texture |
| Best for | Value, fixed dosing, everyday use | Travel, quick onset, people who dislike tablets |
When tablets are the better choice
- You are buying volume. Tablets at 100ct are about a dollar each. Nothing in liquid format competes on cost per milligram.
- You want zero measuring. One tablet is one dose, every single time. That is the safest possible format for anyone who is not confident with numbers.
- You want a repeatable routine. Same tablet, same milligram, same experience – no cap to read, no bottle to shake.
See the full 7OH tablets range and our tablets guide.
When shots are the better choice
- You travel. A small sealed bottle goes in a jacket pocket or a wash bag without leaking or crumbling.
- You want speed. Liquid is absorbed without needing to break down first.
- You dislike the tablet experience. If the texture or taste of a dissolving tablet puts you off, liquid simply removes the problem.
- You want maximum discretion. A bottle is less conspicuous than a pouch of tablets.

The simple rule
If you are ordering for regular use at home and you care about value: tablets. If you are ordering for travel, speed, or because you dislike tablets: shots. If you want both: the 7OH Bundle gives you the formats together at a lower combined price.
Do not stack formats
Whichever you choose, do not take a tablet and a shot the same day to “top up”. One product, one measured serving, one per day maximum. See the dosage guide.
