• Shipping carriers – your name and delivery address, to deliver your order
• Payment providers – only what is necessary to verify payment
• Email and hosting providers – who process data on our behalf under contract

• Legal authorities – where required by law or to protect our legal rights

5. How long we keep it

• Order records: retained for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal compliance (generally 7 years in the United States)
• Account data: until you ask us to delete it
• Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe
• Support emails: up to 3 years, so we can resolve repeat issues
• Analytics data: typically 26 months

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember whether you have passed the age gate, keep you logged in if you registered, understand how the site is used, and remember your preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site – particularly the cart and checkout – will not work correctly without them.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and secure hosting to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security – but we do not store payment credentials, which substantially limits exposure.

9. Children

This site is strictly for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, email us and we will act.

10. International transfers

Our servers and service providers are primarily located in the United States. If you access this site from outside the US, you understand that your information will be processed in the US.
