When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3PM ET on a business day ship the same day. We never ship Sunday. Full detail in the shipping policy.
How do I pay?
Cash App, Zelle or Chime using the details on your order confirmation, or email us for a card invoice or bulk quote.

Can I return a product?
Sealed, unopened items within 30 days. See Refunds & Returns.
Order problem? Include these four things
- Your order number (it starts with a # and is in your confirmation email).
- The email address you used at checkout.
- The batch number from your packaging, if your question is about the product itself.
- A photo if the issue is damage, leakage or a packaging defect.
With those four details we can usually resolve an issue in one reply.
