Store Policy
How we run this store: age enforcement, product standards, what we will and will not do, and the conduct we expect from buyers.
1. Strict 21+ enforcement
Every product on this website is sold exclusively to adults aged 21 and over. We operate an age gate, we may request photo identification, and we may require an adult signature on delivery. If we have any reasonable doubt about a buyer’s age, we cancel and refund the order. We would rather lose a sale than sell to a minor, and there is no exception to this rule.
2. Product standards
- Every batch of extract is independently lab tested for alkaloid potency before it is sold.
- Every batch is screened for heavy metals, microbial contamination and residual solvents.
- Certificates of analysis are available on request and matched to batch numbers printed on packaging.
- Alkaloid content per unit is stated on the product page and on the packaging. No vague “proprietary blend” wording.
- Products ship in sealed, light-blocking, moisture-resistant packaging.
- No synthetic fillers, no additives and no undeclared ingredients.
- Any batch that fails testing is rejected and never sold, at any price.
3. No health claims
We do not claim that any product treats, cures, prevents or relieves any condition. Our products are not FDA approved for any purpose. Vendors in this industry who promise therapeutic outcomes are misleading buyers and exposing them to risk. Every page on this website is written to comply with that standard. 4. Prohibited conduct
We will cancel orders, refuse future business and where appropriate report to authorities where we suspect:
- Purchase by or on behalf of anyone under 21
- Resale, distribution or supply to minors or to prohibited jurisdictions
- Use of stolen payment methods or fraudulent payment details
- Attempts to circumvent the age gate, order limits or geographic restrictions
- Abusive or threatening behaviour toward our staff
5. Order limits
We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse orders and restrict accounts at our discretion. This protects against fraud, bulk diversion and misuse, and it applies without notice.
6. Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We correct pricing errors where they occur and will contact you before charging if an error affects your order. Availability is not guaranteed – if an item sells out after you order we will contact you and offer a substitute, a partial shipment or a refund of the unavailable item.
7. Reviews and user content
We publish both positive and critical reviews. Moderation is limited to spam, personal information, illegal health claims and offensive content – never for unfavourable but legitimate feedback. By submitting a review you grant us a licence to publish it.
8. Privacy
We do not sell customer data. See our privacy policy.
9. Packaging and discretion
All orders ship in plain outer packaging that does not describe the contents. Inside, products are sealed and labelled as required. If you need an unusual delivery arrangement, email us before ordering.
