You can learn more about a 7OH vendor from seven emails than from any amount of website design. Here they are, with the answers a legitimate seller should give.
1. Can you send me the certificate of analysis for the exact batch I will receive?
Good answer: Yes, here it is, with the batch number matching. Bad answer: any version of “we test everything” without a document attached.
This is the single most revealing question in the category. A vendor who tests has the file. A vendor who does not has an excuse. See how to spot a fake lab report.
2. How many milligrams of 7-hydroxymitragynine are in one tablet?
Good answer: a specific number, immediately. Bad answer: “extra strength”, or a milligram figure for the whole package.
If the person selling it cannot tell you the dose per unit, they cannot help you use it responsibly.
3. What is your dispatch cutoff time, and do you ship on Saturdays?
Good answer: a specific cutoff, stated plainly, with an honest answer about weekends. Ours is 3PM ET, we never ship Sunday, and Saturday is occasional but not guaranteed – see our shipping policy.
Bad answer: “within 24-48 hours”, which is designed to give them a two-day cushion.
4. Where is your business located, and what is the company name?
Good answer: a named entity and a location. Bad answer: evasion.
Anonymous storefronts have no reputation to protect and no accountability when something goes wrong.
5. What is your return policy for a sealed product?
Good answer: specific terms with a timeframe and conditions. Ours is 30 days on unopened, factory-sealed products – see refunds and returns. Bad answer: “all sales final”, stated nowhere on the website until after you pay.
6. Who tests your product, and are they independent of you?
Good answer: a named third-party laboratory that you can search for. Bad answer: “we test in-house”. In-house testing is not third-party verification, and it is not what buyers think they are getting when a site says “lab tested”.
7. What happens if my order arrives damaged or leaking?
Good answer: a clear replacement or refund process and a timeframe. Bad answer: silence, or a policy that requires you to return a leaking consumable product you cannot legally ship back.
How to read the responses
| Signal | What it means |
|---|---|
| Answered within a few hours, with documents attached | Organised, accountable operation |
| Answered fully but slowly | Small operation – not necessarily bad |
| Partial answers, deflection on the COA | Does not test, or does not know |
| No answer at all | Do not buy. This will be your experience after payment too. |
| Pressure or urgency in the reply | Sales-first operation. Be careful. |

We are happy to answer all seven publicly, which is why we have written them into our site rather than keeping them for inbound email. Start with why buy from us, lab results and the FAQ – or just email [email protected] and ask.
