How 7OH Tablets Are Manufactured, Step by Step - Official Dollar Tabs

Understanding how a 7OH tablet is made explains why two products with identical labels can behave very differently. Here is the process, step by step.

Step 1: Sourcing leaf

Kratom leaf is sourced and dried. Input quality sets the ceiling for everything downstream – leaf with low or variable alkaloid content cannot be turned into a consistent product, whatever is done to it later. See harvesting and processing.

Step 2: Extraction

A solvent pulls alkaloids out of the plant material. The solvent is then removed. The quality variables here are the input material, process control, and how completely the solvent is removed – see residual solvents.

Step 3: Purification

The extract is refined to a target concentration, such as 89% 7-hydroxymitragynine. Higher targets require more processing and more input material.

Step 4: Independent assay

A third-party laboratory measures the actual alkaloid content. This measurement – not a target figure – becomes the number on the label. Skipping this step is what allows a “15mg” tablet to contain something else entirely.

Step 5: Blending

This is where cheap products fail most often. The extract is blended evenly with carrier and flavour. Poor blending produces tablets with wildly variable content even when the batch average is correct – so one tablet in your bag may be noticeably stronger or weaker than the next.

Even blending is invisible to the buyer. It shows up only in consistency of experience and in proper testing.

Step 6: Pressing

The blend is compressed into tablets of consistent weight. Nano milling and pressing produces a smaller, denser tablet with more relative surface area – faster breakdown and more consistent release. See what nano means.

Step 7: Final testing

Finished product is tested again, including purity panels: heavy metals, microbiology and residual solvents. A batch that fails this stage should be rejected, not discounted.

Step 8: Packaging

Tablets are sealed in light-blocking, moisture-resistant packaging with the batch number printed on it. That batch number is the link between the product in your hand and its certificate of analysis.

The only external check

You cannot audit a factory from your kitchen, but you can check the documents a proper process produces: a batch number on your packaging and a matching independent certificate of analysis with a full purity panel. Ask for both – see how to request a COA.
