How Many Servings Are Really in a 7OH Shot Bottle? - Official Dollar Tabs

Ask most people how many servings are in a 7OH shot and they will say one. For our products, the answer is eight. That gap between assumption and reality is the most dangerous misunderstanding in this format.

The arithmetic

ProductTotal per bottleServings per bottlePer serving
60mg 7OH Shot60mg87.5mg

A bottle is not a dose. It is a supply. Treating it as a single serving means taking eight times the intended amount at once, and that is a serious overdose risk – not a stronger version of the same experience.

Why vendors sell it this way

Because liquid is a convenient delivery format and a bottle is a convenient container. The servings-per-bottle figure is the number that makes the product usable, and it is why the label states it and why we repeat it on the product page and in our shots guide.

Be sceptical of any liquid 7OH product that does not clearly state servings per bottle. Without that number you cannot know how much you are taking.

What this means for cost per serving

It changes the value calculation completely. Twelve bottles at eight servings each is 96 servings. Divide the price by 96, not by 12, and compare that against the per-tablet cost of our tablets. The comparison is much closer than a headline price suggests – and it is the honest way to compare.

How to measure a serving from a bottle

  1. Read the label. Confirm total milligrams per bottle and servings per bottle.
  2. Divide. Total milligrams divided by servings gives you the per-serving amount.
  3. Use the dosing cap. Measure to the cap line – do not free-pour, and do not estimate by eye.
  4. Reseal and store upright. Refrigerate after opening where the label directs.
  5. Do not take a second serving to top up or because the first has not landed.

Who should avoid liquid format entirely

  • Anyone not confident measuring liquid volumes
  • Anyone who has previously misjudged a serving size
  • Anyone who would rather not think about measurement at all

If any of those describe you, choose pre-dosed tablets. One tablet is one dose, every time, with no arithmetic. That is a meaningful safety advantage and it costs less per milligram.

The wider point

Almost every product in this category has a “hidden multiplier” that buyers miss. Shot bottles have servings. Bundles have unit counts. Powder has a percentage purity rather than a fixed dose. Reading the label properly – and doing the division – is the difference between knowing what you are taking and guessing.
