What “nano” means here
Nano refers to the fineness of the milling and the resulting structure of the pressed tablet. A finer,
denser tablet has more relative surface area, so it breaks down faster and releases more evenly under the
tongue – which means a smoother onset and less grit on the palate. Nano does not change the milligram
content: this tablet contains 12mg of 7-hydroxymitragynine whether it is nano-pressed or not. What actually

How to take it
Place one tablet under the tongue and let it dissolve fully – do not chew and do not swallow it whole,
both of which change how it is absorbed. Note the time you took it, do not eat or drink for a few minutes
afterwards, and do not take a second tablet because the first has not fully landed yet. Redosing during the

Is 12mg enough for a first-time user?

How many tablets should I take?
One tablet per day maximum, as stated on the label. Do not stack doses and do not use it daily – frequency is the biggest driver of tolerance.
Can I take these with other kratom products?
No. One product, one measured serving, one per day maximum. Combining formats or alkaloids means you lose track of your total intake.
How should I store the pouch?

Storage
Keep the product sealed in its original light-blocking packaging, in a cool, dark and dry place, and
