What Does "Nano" Mean in 7OH Tablets? - Official Dollar Tabs

Half the 7OH tablets on the market now say “nano” on the label. Some of that is legitimate manufacturing description and some of it is decoration. Here is what the term actually refers to.

What nano means in practice

Nano refers to the fineness of the milling and the resulting structure of the pressed tablet. Finer milling produces a denser, smaller tablet with more relative surface area than a coarsely pressed tablet of the same weight.

Three practical consequences follow:

  • Faster breakdown. A tablet with more surface area breaks down more quickly under the tongue.
  • More consistent release. A fine, evenly blended powder releases uniformly rather than in uneven chunks.
  • Better mouth feel. Smaller particles means less grit and less of the bitter extract hitting your palate at once.

Why even blending matters more than the milling

The step that really determines quality is not the milling – it is the blending. A poorly blended batch produces tablets with widely variable actual content even when the average across the batch is correct. That means one tablet in your bag may be noticeably different from the next.

This is precisely why third-party testing matters more than any descriptive word on the packaging. A certificate of analysis tells you the measured content of the batch. “Nano” does not. See our Lab Results page.

How to tell a real nano tablet

You cannot verify it from a photograph, and you should be sceptical of anyone who claims you can. What you can do:

  1. Buy from a vendor who publishes per-batch lab results. This is the only meaningful quality signal.
  2. Compare across products. A genuine nano tablet is noticeably smaller and smoother than a coarse press at the same milligram strength.
  3. Look at how it dissolves. A nano tablet should break down evenly under the tongue rather than crumbling into distinct pieces.
  4. Watch for unverifiable claims. “Nano technology” and “bioavailability enhancement” are meaningless without a test report behind them.

Our nano range

Does nano change the strength?

No. A 12mg nano tablet and a 12mg coarse-pressed tablet contain the same 12mg of 7-hydroxymitragynine. Nano affects how quickly and evenly the tablet breaks down – not how much alkaloid is in it. Anyone claiming nano makes a tablet “stronger” at the same milligram is either confused or selling.

Practical advice

Use “nano” as a tiebreaker between two products that are otherwise equivalent on price, milligram content and lab verification. Never use it as a substitute for those three things. Read our 7OH tablets guide for the full buying checklist.
