Description
A calibrated 0.001g milligram powder scale with a 10g calibration weight, weighing scoop and
tweezers – $20.00. If you are buying extract powder, this is not an optional accessory. Kitchen
scales read to 1 gram, which is 1,000 milligrams of resolution: they cannot measure a milligram serving any
more than a bathroom scale can weigh a letter.
Why a milligram powder scale needs 0.001g resolution
Extract products are measured in single milligrams. With an 89% extract, a 5mg measuring error is a
meaningful change in dose – and 5mg is roughly the weight of a grain of salt. A scale with 0.001g resolution
(1mg) gives you the precision the product demands; a 0.01g scale is marginal and a 1g kitchen scale is not
usable at all. See how to measure 7OH powder safely.
What is in the box
The scale ships with a 10g calibration weight, a weighing scoop and a pair of tweezers. Calibrate before
first use and re-calibrate periodically: a scale that has drifted by a few milligrams invalidates the whole
exercise, and you will have no way of knowing.
How to weigh accurately
Put the scale on a hard, level surface – not carpet, not a wobbly table. Turn off fans, close windows and
move away from air conditioning vents, because air movement alone will shift a milligram reading. Switch the
scale on, let it settle to zero, place your scoop or weighing paper on the platform and press Tare so the
display reads zero. Add powder slowly, starting under your target and building up, then read the value twice
and confirm it is stable. Full method in our
measuring guide.
Who needs this scale
Anyone using 7OH extract powder or
mitragynine powder, every single time. If you would rather not
weigh anything, pre-dosed tablets remove the equipment and
the accuracy burden entirely at a small premium per milligram – see
the format comparison.

Frequently asked questions
Is this scale necessary for tablets?
No – tablets are pre-dosed. This scale is for extract powders, where you control the serving.
Why not use a kitchen scale?
Kitchen scales typically read to 1g, which is 1,000mg of resolution – far too coarse for a product measured in single milligrams.
Does it come calibrated?
It ships with a 10g calibration weight so you can calibrate before first use and re-check periodically.
How often should I calibrate?
Before first use and whenever readings look inconsistent. A few milligrams of drift changes a dose.

Serving and responsible use
Read the label before your first serving and take one measured serving per day at most. Do not exceed
the stated maximum, do not stack doses, and never combine these products with alcohol, benzodiazepines,
opioid painkillers or any other central nervous system depressant. Do not drive or operate machinery after
use. These products are for adults 21 and over only, are not for use by anyone pregnant or nursing, and
should not be used by anyone taking prescription medication without clearance from a licensed healthcare
professional.
Storage
Keep the product sealed in its original light-blocking packaging, in a cool, dark and dry place, and
locked away from children and pets – not in the kitchen or bathroom. Reseal after every use: oxidation and
moisture begin the moment packaging is opened. Discard any product that clumps, changes colour or shows
signs of mould. Full guidance is in our
storage guide.
Lab testing and quality
Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory for alkaloid content, heavy metals, microbiology and
residual solvents before it is listed for sale. We do not test in-house, and a batch that fails is rejected
rather than discounted. Ask for the batch-matched certificate of analysis and we will send it – see our
lab results page or
how to read a COA.
