What you must own first
A 0.001g calibrated milligram scale, not a kitchen scale. Kitchen scales typically read to 1 gram, which is
1,000 milligrams of resolution – useless at this potency. Ours is

need a flat, draught-free surface, since air conditioning or an open window will move the reading, and a

Why purity is tested, not claimed
Alkaloid content in kratom leaf varies enormously with season, region, cultivar and drying, and extraction
concentrates whatever was in the input material – including anything you would rather not concentrate. That
is why every batch is assayed independently for potency and screened for heavy metals, microbiology and
residual solvents. An extract that tests at 89% is a measurement, not a marketing figure. See

Storage is critical with powder
Powder exposes far more surface area to air and moisture than a tablet does, so it degrades faster. Keep
the container sealed, cool, dark and dry, work quickly, and reseal immediately rather than “in a minute”.

Why is powder shipped in a separate container?
To limit exposure. Every time a container is opened, the entire contents are exposed to air and moisture, which degrade potency.

Serving and responsible use
Read the label before your first serving and take one measured serving per day at most. Do not exceed
the stated maximum, do not stack doses, and never combine these products with alcohol, benzodiazepines,
opioid painkillers or any other central nervous system depressant. Do not drive or operate machinery after

Storage
Keep the product sealed in its original light-blocking packaging, in a cool, dark and dry place, and
locked away from children and pets – not in the kitchen or bathroom. Reseal after every use: oxidation and
moisture begin the moment packaging is opened. Discard any product that clumps, changes colour or shows
