Bundles are our best value products and also the easiest way to spend more than you intended. Here is the honest arithmetic.
What a bundle actually is
At its simplest, a bundle is the same product sold in a larger quantity at a lower unit price. Our Dollar Trio 300ct is three 100-count pouches of 12mg tablets for $280, instead of $100 each bought separately – a $20 saving on identical product.
The 7OH Bundle works differently: it combines formats – tablets and powder – so you get two ways of using 7OH in one order at a lower combined price than buying both.
The arithmetic
| Option | Price | Total alkaloid | Cost per mg |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single 100ct x 12mg | $100.00 | 1,200mg | 8.3 cents |
| Dollar Trio 300ct x 12mg | $280.00 | 3,600mg | 7.8 cents |
| Saving | $20.00 | – | ~6% better |
A 6% improvement is real but modest. Anyone claiming a bundle halves your cost is not showing you the arithmetic.
When bulk buying makes sense
- You already know the strength works for you. Do not bulk-buy a strength you have never used.
- You have a genuine consumption pattern. If you use one tablet per day, 300 tablets is a ten-month supply – which is a long commitment.
- You will store it properly. Sealed, dry, out of light. See storage.
- You are not buying to “save money” on a product you would not otherwise buy. This is the trap.
When bulk buying does not make sense
- It is a new strength to you. Buy 25ct or 100ct first, confirm it suits you, then bulk.
- You are escalating. If you are buying 300 tablets because your dose keeps climbing, the bundle is not the problem – your pattern is. See tolerance and signs you should take a break.
- You do not have a lockable storage place. Larger quantities demand more responsibility, especially in a house with children or pets.
- You would be spending money you need for something else. Obvious, but worth stating.
Storage: the practical limit on bulk buying
Larger quantities sit around for longer. Keep them sealed in the original packaging, in the dark, at room temperature and out of reach of children and pets. Inventory discipline – tracking how much you actually use – is the discipline that makes bulk buying work rather than backfire.
The honest summary
Bundles save you roughly 5-10% per milligram, plus free shipping in most cases. That is worth having if you are a settled, regular buyer of a strength you know. It is not worth having if it means committing to a strength you have not tried, or if it is a symptom of escalating use.
