Mitragynine

Mitragynine is the dominant alkaloid in kratom leaf – roughly 60% of the plant’s
total alkaloid content and typically 1% to 1.5% of dried leaf weight. It is considerably less potent by weight
than 7-hydroxymitragynine, which is why a 50mg MIT tablet and a 50mg 7OH tablet are not remotely the same
thing.
