How to make it
Heat 8-10oz of milk or water – do not boil. Add one tablet and stir until fully dissolved, then drink slowly.
Do not add alcohol. Do not take a second tablet because you have not felt the first yet. One tablet per day
maximum. Storage: sealed, dry, room temperature, kept up and away rather than in a low cupboard – and never
stored next to ordinary hot chocolate, where it could be mistaken for a treat.
