Our 7OH tablet range runs from 12mg to 50mg. That is a wide spread, and choosing where to start is the decision that most affects how your first experience goes. Here is how to think about it.
The range we sell, and who each one is for
| Strength | Product | Appropriate for |
|---|---|---|
| 12mg | Mango Nano 100ct | Adults new to concentrated 7OH, after professional advice |
| 18mg | Orange 100ct | People settled at 12mg who want a measured step up |
| 20mg | Fruit Punch Nanos | Experienced users only |
| 30mg | Grape Nano | Established tolerance, experienced users |
| 50mg | Cherry 25ct | High-tolerance experienced users – never a starter |
The framework: start at the bottom, move one step at a time
The instinct when buying anything is to pick the “best value” or the strongest option. In this category that instinct is wrong, for two reasons.
First, potency is not linear in experience. Moving from 12mg to 20mg is roughly a 70% increase in dose. That is a large relative jump, and it is why we publish every milligram rather than hiding behind words like “extra strength”.
Second, you cannot undo a dose. If you start too high, you are committed to riding it out. If you start too low, you have learned something useful and lost nothing.
Questions to ask yourself before choosing
- Have you used concentrated kratom alkaloid products before? If not, 12mg.
- Have you used kratom leaf powder? Leaf experience does not translate directly to concentrated alkaloid experience. Start low anyway.
- Are you on any prescription medication? If yes, stop – speak to a healthcare professional before ordering anything at all. See our health disclaimer.
- Are you going to use it daily? If the answer is yes, reconsider. See how tolerance builds.
- Do you have a hard ceiling in mind? Decide the highest milligram you will ever allow yourself, write it down, and treat it as a limit rather than a target.
Why buying 100ct as a beginner makes sense
It looks counterintuitive to buy a hundred tablets of something you have never tried. But in this category the smaller counts are dramatically worse value per milligram – a 25ct bag can cost two to three times as much per tablet as a 100ct. If you have done your reading, and you are starting at the lowest strength, buying the larger count is the financially sensible choice.
See how to compare cost per milligram properly.
Flavour is irrelevant to strength
Mango, grape, cherry, orange and fruit punch all contain the same alkaloid at the milligram stated on the page. Flavour changes how the tablet tastes, nothing else. Choose flavour on preference and strength on everything else.
If you are unsure, ask us
Email [email protected] and tell us what you have used before. We would genuinely rather talk you down a strength than sell you something that goes badly.
