This is the arithmetic that makes bulk buying decisions concrete. A 100-count bag at one tablet per day is more than three months of supply. At once a week, it is nearly two years.
What this tells you about label instructions
Our products state a maximum of one tablet per day. Taken at that ceiling, a 100-count bag is a three-month supply and the 300-count Dollar Trio is nearly a year.
If you are getting through a 100-count bag in a month, you are using roughly three times the stated maximum. That is worth knowing about yourself, and it is not something we will pretend not to notice.
How to work out your own numbers
- Count your actual use for two weeks. Not your intended use – your actual use.
- Multiply by 26 for an annual figure.
- Compare to the pack size you are considering.
- Ask yourself whether that timeline is comfortable. If a year’s supply at your current rate feels like too much product to have in the house, that is informative.

What we would tell you
If you are a once-a-week user, buy the 100-count and it will last you a very long time – that is the cheapest and most sensible purchase we sell. If you are going through a pouch a month, the issue is not the pack size. It is the frequency. Read tolerance and signs you should take a break.
