How you take a 7OH tablet affects how consistent your experience is. The method is simple, and most of it is about avoiding three specific mistakes.
The method
- Start with a clean, emptyish mouth. Just after eating is the least consistent time to take a tablet.
- Place one tablet under the tongue. Not between the cheek and gum, not on top of the tongue.
- Let it dissolve fully. Nano-pressed tablets break down evenly. Do not rush it.
- Do not chew and swallow it whole. Swallowing skips the sublingual route entirely and delivers a different, slower profile. Chewing produces a bitter burst and an uneven uptake.
- Avoid eating or drinking for a few minutes afterwards, so you are not washing the residue away prematurely.

- Do not take a second tablet. Not while waiting, not later.

1. Chewing
