We sell both, and buyers frequently ask which is “stronger” without realising how much the answer matters. Here is a direct comparison.

The number on the label is not comparable
This is the single most important point on this page. “50mg” on a MIT tablet and “50mg” on a 7OH tablet describe different quantities of different molecules with very different potency by weight. Treating them as equivalent is the most common serious misunderstanding in this category.
Read 7OH vs mitragynine for the full explanation.
Which to choose
Choose mitragynine if…
- You are new to kratom alkaloid products
- You want a lower relative potency starting point
- You want a drink-mix format (hot chocolate)
- You are exploring the category before committing to 7OH
Choose 7OH if…
- You have already read What is 7OH? in full
- You understand that milligrams matter intensely at this potency
- You are an experienced adult making a deliberate decision
- You are starting at the lowest strength, not the strongest
Cost per milligram is not the deciding factor
You can calculate cost per milligram for both – see the method – but it should not drive your choice between alkaloids. Potency per milligram differs so much between the two that the comparison is not meaningful across them. Compare cost per milligram within a product line, not across.
Never stack them
Do not take a 7OH tablet and a MIT tablet the same day. Do not combine them to “balance” anything. One product, one measured serving, one per day maximum. See the dosage guide.
